Bragg Home Service remained flexible for changes I made to the installation location without batting a eye. They did quality work and spoke to my mother in her native tough and with respect. I will use them again for my water heater after the success of my heat pump. The cat kept an eye on them and told me the service was purrrrfect.

Bragg was very helpful. They were the only company that I could find to change my gas in wall heater. They swapped it out got it run. That evening it wouldn’t kick back on. They had someone out the next day to fix the issue and my home is nice and warm now. Great customer service, would definitely recommend using them!

Unfortunately, our furnace went out and we needed someone to replace it. We called Bragg and they were able to give us a couple of options on our quote. We also replaced our water heater at the same time. Fortunately for us, they were able to install everything the next day! They were polite, professional and answered all our questions. I chose Bragg to install a mini split heat pump after getting estimates from 7 contractors. Within a day of accepting their offer, Jeremiah and Lonny showed up to take out my old gas insert and install the heat pump. They were professional, efficient, and friendly and they finished the installation in half a day. Now in February my house is comfortably warm. I’m looking forward to enjoying a cool house when summer brings the heat.

I had an unusual problem with my heater and its knobs. Vincent came out from Bragg heating and assured me everything was OK, He checked to see if there was any carbon monoxide, which there was none, he was very knowledgeable and told me there was nothing wrong with my heater. That was nice to hear. Great company, same-day service, I think I called at noon And Vincent was here at 2 PM. Great service. very knowledgeable Towards my type of heater and all around knowledgeable about dangerous situations. I was very grateful that he was A straight talker. I was relieved to learn that I did not have to buy a new furnace/air conditioning system. Ask for Vincent. He’s a great guy, full of knowledge And he didn’t try to sell me a new heater.
